The band, which was created in 2010, took the world by storm over the past one-and-a-half decade. They also started to live together in 2017 in the Hannam residence, located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The residential complex, the official home of BTS, is a popular spot in the town, given its location near the Han River and Mount Namsan.
It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and one living room, although the exact living arrangements are unavailable. The house is 244.78 sq. m. and, according to sources, costs approximately $7.5 million.
One of the biggest USPs of the building is its unbelievably strict security procedures, which are much required for the singers, and its numerous unmatched facilities, such as a swimming pool, golf range, well-equipped gym, and round-the-clock medical service.

Kim Nam-joon, or RM, is the leader of BTS and holds the record of being the second-most accredited songwriter of the boyband, with almost 213 songs. His apartment is also located in The Hill, just like Jin, and it currently costs $4 million. The apartment's overall carpet area is around 3,167 square feet, with walkable space being 2,633 square feet.
According to a video shared by the singer, Kim Nam-joon's home has a classic modern touch with white furniture and numerous paintings all over the walls. Despite being contemporary, the house manages to give a clean and minimalist feel, with the colour scheme being grey and white. The home has more than 100 pieces of art sculptures, paintings and moon jars, which prove how much Kim Nam-joon is interested in art.
What is a Moon Jar?
A moon jar is a traditional Korean art piece where two asymmetrical bowls are joined together to form a moon. These reflect and beautify the natural appeal of imperfections and broken individuals.
Some of the other art pieces owned in RM's home include:
- Roni Horn's Untitled (But the boomerang that returns is not the same one I threw)
- Jean-Michel Othoniel's Precious Stonewall
